Lung Whisperer Tea — Wildfire Season Support
Soothe • Clear • Restore
A tea to sip when your lungs feel tired or congested. From wildfire smoke and air pollution to asthma or the lingering effects of smoking, this blend helps to open the airways and clear what no longer serves, bringing ease back to every breath.
Made only with homegrown and wildcrafted plants and flowers, this tea supports lung health naturally and gently.
Infused with Intension:
Peppermint — a cool breeze for the lungs; opens airways, clears congestion, and moves stagnation.
Calendula — the golden healer; comforts coughs and congestion while moistening and calming irritated tissues.
Mullein — the lungs’ old friend; helps you breathe easier by opening passages and clearing buildup.
Mallow — soft and soothing; coats and calms the throat and lungs, easing irritation.
🔮How to Use:
Preferably, brew a full French press and sip throughout the day. Use 2–3 heaping tablespoons per cup, pour boiled water over the tea, and steep for at least 30 minutes (longer is even better). For a stronger brew, steep longer and refill with hot water a few times.
Important Note:
Be sure to strain thoroughly (a coffee filter works well) if not using a tea bag — mullein’s tiny hairs can irritate the throat.
Size: 2 oz loose leaf
Personal Note from Mimi:
While creating this blend, I drank it over several days. As a former smoker who quit over 40 Moons ago, I thought my lungs had fully healed. To my surprise, this tea loosened congestion I didn’t even realize was still there. I recommend drinking a quart daily for about a week — you may be amazed by what your lungs will reveal.
